Job Description
- Processes HDMF financing and re-financing accounts within the given standard processing time - starting from printing of technical requirements until foldering of customer requirements for QA
- Effectively and appropriately communicates and assists clients through phone, email or face-to-face interaction, to address their concerns and also collect necessary documentation and/or payments from clients for the loan to be processed within the given standard processing time
- Ensures that service requests assigned to him/her are resolved/ completed within set turnaround time.
- Ensure accurate documentation of folders prior delivery to Pag-Ibig.
- .Sends daily productivity/ accomplishment report to the Customer Financing-HDMF Team Lead.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
