Job Description
- Receive training and performs duties in several departments such as Finance, Operations, IT, HR, Marketing and Property Development.
- Learn various line & staff functions with a deeper understanding of the company's department functions, operations, and management perspective.
- Know company's products, services, business operations and gathers relevant information to generate solutions to business challenges.
- Identify key problems and make recommendations, provides ways to improve key business results.
- Provides in-depth analysis of employees functions and provides suggestions for improvement.
- Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree holder with good academic records (preferably an honor student or Scholars)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
