Job Description
- Process client transactions and requirements.
- Take charge in promoting, marketing, and selling FLI properties.
- Foster professional networks.
- Build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Head and support a team of Property Specialists.
- Meet sales quota required within 6 months.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 1 year experience in supervising people in a real estate industry or the like.
- Real Estate Broker’s License is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Capable in networking and maintaning good client relationships.
- Has confidence, a pleasing personality, and a positive attitude.
- Can work in a team, has a high sense of responsibility, and a high degree of self motivation.
- Enthusiastic, resourceful, and goal-oriented.
- Willing to work in Pasay City.
