Job Description
- Rolls out, executes and assists in the management of all brand activation programs.
- Plays an active role in the activation planning process to ensure a constant flow of fresh ideas to grow consumer base.
- Responsible for gathering and reporting competitive activations information/research.
- Facilitates requests from Sales for the Brand team regarding sales support and sales drives.
- Updates expense reports, budgets and all other administrative paperwork for direct report responsibilities.
- Manages, tracks, updates and reports activation budget and spending against planned objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Marketing, Event Management and/or Sales experience
- Strong leadership, initiative and communication skills
- Ability to manage diverse needs and expectations of the internal/external costumers
- Ability to meet strict and demanding dealines
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Database management, report creation, Internet Applications and Social Media
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
