Job Description
- Overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource and admin function
- Develops, recommends and implements employees' policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment activities; develops strategic solutions to meet the manpower demands of the project
- Collates and summarizes the performance evaluation of all employees
- Reviews and validates the payroll data and ensures the payroll in a timely manner
- Coordinate and transact to various providers
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree
- Preferably 1-4 yrs experience, specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- Required Skills: Compensation and Benefit, Recruitment, Payroll, Labor Laws, Communication Skills, Leadership and Management Skills.
