Job Description
- Attends to all legal matters.
- Company representative on all legal matters.
- Provide legal services related to the company operations and its investments.
- Ensures that the rights, interest, and policies of the Company complies with the government’s existing laws and regulations.
- Involved in the preparation of contracts and memorandums.
- Involved in the preparation of processing of permits and licenses.
- Provides legal advice regarding company queries.
- Conducts and submits legal evaluation on all cases submitted for evaluation.
- Secures attendance in courts, city, and provincial prosecutor offices.
- Secures appropriate filing of all cases concerning the general interest of the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Lives/Willing to relocate in Makati.
