Revenue and Collection Associate  

Monitoring Sales

• Receive job order together with purchase order and/or approved quotation from department for approval
• Safe keep the completeness of the documents required in the credit application and verify the declarations of the applicant.

Collection

• Receive and safe keep approved sales / job order together with purchase order and/or approved quotation.
• Prepare delivery receipt (DR) (SAP and File Maker) upon request from service operation.
• Prepare sales invoice (SI) (SAP and File Maker) / billing invoice (BI) (SAP and File Maker) upon delivery/ service
• Require the employee who received the DR to return acknowledged DR within twenty four (24) from the time it was released.
• Aggressive collection follow ups

Reporting to Management

• Account Receivables Report (service) – weekly and monthly

File Management

• Customer Permanent File – this is a compilation of original collection documents such as: sales orders / job orders, customer’s purchase orders, approved quotations, signed/acknowledged delivery receipts, signed/acknowledged invoices, collection receipts/ official receipt, signed/acknowledged equipment specifications revisions slips and such other document which might become necessary in case of controversy or collection litigation.
• Job order file per Client (CURRENT AND PAID ACCOUNTS)
• Delivery receipt master file – a complete serialized file of all delivery receipts.
• Sales invoice / Billing Invoice master file – complete serialized file of all invoices
• Fully Paid Accounts

• Graduate of any business course
• Highly proficient in Excel and MS Word.
• Organized and pay attention to accuracy and details.
• Strong communication skill.
• Strong interpersonal Skill.
