Job Description
- Provides assistance in processing requirements in the Operations and Sales Department such as Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt, price quotation of products and daily collection and delivery reports
- Maintains files of necessary documents and records
- Assists in the yearly inventory of products
- Other duties appropriate for the position
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of a 4-year course in either Business, Management, Marketing or Operations
- With good moral character
- Follows procedures, goals, and objectives within the department
- Must be customer-oriented and must be able to give customer satisfaction
- Must be an active listener and a critical thinker
- Must be self-motivated and diligent
- Good organizational, scheduling and time management skills
- Competency in MS Office
- Have taken units in areas in Mathematics, Science, Production, or Technology is a plus
- Fresh graduates
- A resident of the Philippines only
