Job Description
On a daily basis you will:
- Design and implement QA systems and processes: document tests cases, perform and document risk analysis, record test progress and results, code automated tests, create test plans
- Recommend process improvements: develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness, research and analyze product features being tested, research new tools, technologies and testing processes
- QA Test: perform manual and automated testing, discover bugs within software, identify, isolate and track bugs throughout testing
- Collaborate with Expedock team: document, communicate and coordinate with teams to properly devise workaround with bugs
- Connect QA processes to product and business goals: Understand the general goals of our product roadmap, and design and connect effective QA work and processes to those.
