Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Month end/Year End closing procedures
- Cash applications
- Bank reconciliations
- Expense tracking and reconciliation
- Accounts payable
- Fixed Assets
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash Flow analysis
- Trend analysis
- Budget reporting and variances
- General administration duties (including limited reception duties
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in accounting/administration performing the above-mentioned duties is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting systems. Software knowledge should include working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and databases
- Willingness to undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time
- Proactive, positive approach to working with all members of the accounting/administrative team and external contacts
