Job Description
- Responsible for all sales-related activities within the assigned market area
- Establish and grown the company's existing customer base
- Supervise, train, and motivate the Sales team toward hitting target goals
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
- Conduct market research and propose plans to address market needs
- Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework
- Responsible for sales forecasts and budget preparation
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated capacity in sales, marketing and/or business development in the construction industry
- Has a well-developed network and contacts in construction
- Possesses good technical/ engineering skills
- Assertive and excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Great understanding of customer needs
- Experience in handling a small team, with capacity to motivate team to be high performing
- Excellent in building client relationships
- Experience in market research related to construction
- Must know how to drive
- Willing to work in Makati and start asap
