Job Description
- Oversee the procurement process of projects
- Review tender information and contractual negotiation for contract award
- Manage the overall quantity surveying process and contractual matters during post-contract administration to final account
- Prepare regular reports for management review
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
- With relevant experience in contracts management and construction claims
- Background in infrastructure and horizontal projects is an advantage
- Background in tendering/ quantity surveying is an advantage
- Good contractual awareness required
