Job Description
- Manage the day to day IT operational activities
- Drive service improvement through process design and execution
- Ensure that the appropriate levels of quality control are in place and are being adopted by the delivery teams
This is for direct hire.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Operations Manager in an IT Service Desk environment
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership
- Solid knowledge with monitoring systems, knowledge base, ITSM, reporting tools
- Solid ITIL knowledge or certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and can work under pressure
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, willingness to learn diverse systems and technologies
- Solid ability to do multi-tasking and function as generalist than a specialist
- Good team player and should be able to function independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent English communication skills, able to express thoughts with clarity and able to interact with personnel and management
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Understands server and networking technology
