Job Description
- Events travel and logistic coordinator
- Managing company logistics and planned events and travel (Hotel accomodation, transportation, events materials and other requirements)
- Remaining under budget with all costs.Proper coordination with line managers responsible for the event.
- Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event.
- Prepare company event itenerary, budget requesition (PR) and on time liquidation/ reimbursement
- Provide administrative assistance for the project
- Assist client expat requirement with regards to visa , residence/accomodation and travel
- Maintain office supplies record (stocks, request and verifying receipt)
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree
- MInimum of 1 year experience in travel, logistics management, and front - of -house hospitality
- Ability to establish and build rapport with key industry personel
- Organized extremely detailed focus and consistently meeting the deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written
- Avaialable for occasional travel
