Job Description
- Recruiting and staffing logistics.
- Performance management and improvement systems.
- Organization development.
- Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns and reporting.
- Employee orientation, development, and training.
- Policy development and documentation.
- Employee relations.
- Handle finance related activities
- Creates company expense and sales reports
- Bookkeeping for all divisions of the company
- Coordinates with management on the financial status of the company and its various divisions
- Handles approvals, rejections, releasing payments
- Propose, plan, and execute on yearly budgets
- Streamline collection efforts
- Prepare Form 2307s
- Compile payables for the month
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of MS office (especially Excel)
- Organized and meticulous
- Minimum 1 year of experience
