Job Description
- Responsible for creating, implementing, and managing of benefits programs or platforms for the CDM Community (students, subject matter experts, internal teams)
- Recruit Graduates, Alumni as Student Assistants or potential SME's for future classes
- Monitors Community Learning Credits
- Communicates and addresses student concerns using various platforms (Email, LMS, CRM, SMS)
- Relays CDM announcements, newsletters, and updates
- Executes canned responses to students during pre and post sessions via Community Email
- Manages the learning management system (LMS)
- Checks all online modules are uploaded
- Manages which content should only be accessible to students
- Suggests necessary LMS development builds to Community Manager
- Assists the Events Officer during classes or events as needed. This includes but is not limited to handling registration, facilitation of student orientation or activities and curating student outputs.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Management
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Marketing or any equivalent course/field.
- Basic knowledge in Marketing.
- Preferably experienced in developing and implementing community engagement plans
- Good communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in the English language, both oral and written.
- Able to communicate well and interact in an online environment.
- Can adjust to changes in direction, resilient and open to new learning.
- Can work on a Saturday.
