Job Description
- Design the curriculum for the students’ online synchronous session on Job Readiness Training for Women in STEM
- Design the curriculum for the trainer’s asynchronous and online synchronous session on Job Readiness Training for Women in STEM
- Lead the facilitation of the online job readiness workshop for students in web development, creative web design, game programming, and animation; to be delivered via Zoom with a team of co-facilitators
- Lead the facilitation of an online Train the Trainers Workshop for 100 TESDA Training Providers and Trainers on conducting Job Readiness Training; to be delivered via Zoom with a team of co-facilitators
- Provide direction to the team of facilitators on the facilitation and delivery of online workshops for students and online Train the Trainers workshop
- Ensure that all participants accomplish the pre and post-training survey during the workshops
- Develop an End of Workshop report for the online workshop and online Train the Trainers with reporting and analysis on online training materials, including recorded training, attendance sheets, photos of sessions, a summary of Qualtrics evaluation report used for the Train the Trainers workshop, and reflecting observations and recommendations therein
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in training and development management.
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Has experience with various training and teaching methods and delivering online training
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Familiarity with soft skills development is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field
