Responsibilities
Develop effective training programs for primary and middle school ESL teachers.
Assist non-ESL teachers in passing interviews and demos for primary English language arts.
Observe ESL lessons and provide feedback for improvement.
Stay updated on English language education trends and approaches.
Instruct teachers on how to carry out ESL demo lessons effectively.
Deliver free trial classes for potential ESL clients.
Create tools to assess the effectiveness of ESL training.
Guide ESL teachers in utilizing technology for language instruction.
Manage training metrics such as attendance, show-up rate, and pass rate for ESL training.
