The Collection Specialist shall be hired under TendoPay, a young and dynamic fintech company, which is bringing the Buy Now Pay Later concept to the Philippines. TendoPay allows customers to buy online and payback for the purchased goods via convenient installment plans. Buy Now Pay Later is a proven concept worldwide with many major players on the global fintech stage with existing unicorns amongst them (Klarna, Affirm). TendoPay Founders have experience in PH fintech market and track record of building several successful ventures around the world. Official Advisers of Tendopay has built multi-million dollar fintech companies in the Philippines.
The Collection Specialist will work closely with the Management Team on executing collection processes. He/She will be responsible for collections of outstanding loans from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing delinquency. This position will report to the Collections Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Minimum 1-year experience in collections
- Leadership skills and entrepreneurial attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Quick-Learner, creative, strong focus on personal development
