AWS Cloud Engineer have breadth across technology stacks with deep hands on skills. You need to have technical skill in software architecture and cloud computing infrastructure. You must be self–motivated with demonstrated passion for learning. You will have to think strategically about business, create technical definition around customer objectives in complex situations, develop solution strategies, motivate & mobilize resources, and deliver results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deploy dynamically scalable, highly available, highly reliable and fault-tolerant systems on AWS
- Migrate existing complex on-premises applications to the AWS platform
- Select appropriate AWS services to design and deploy an application based on the business requirements
- Implement cost control strategies on the AWS infrastructure
- Participate in software development processes with quality assurance, version control and build processes
- Assist sales in preparing estimates
Minimum Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergo eCloudvalley cloud engineer program and will be trained by experienced eCloudvalley AWS Solution Architects and Engineers
- Professional experience in software development with one of the following languages: Python, PHP, C#, ASP, Javascript, Java, .Net
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience on application architecture, infrastructure architecture, database architecture or networking.
- Experience on design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications.
- Experience in enabling DevOps, Cloud adoption, backup and DR on the cloud.
- Experience on serverless (AWS Lambda) and container (Docker) technologies.
- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
- Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
- Strong written communication skills.
