Job Description
- Duties and responsibilities:
- Has background in Project implementation, Billing procudure, documentation, preparation of Project Accomplishment Report.
- Provide a project table of organization and ensure that duties and responsibilities of each project employee are clear and strictly followed
- Prepare project specific quality controls and ensure that work is according to these specified standards of quality
- Ensure that all project purchases are within budget
- Comply with contract milestone requirements.
- Propose suitable and capable subcontractors and coordinate their work.
- Prepare progress billing and follow up customer’s approval.
- Prepare cost proposals for additional works.
- Conduct site inspection prior to project commencement.
- Provide cost estimates based on existing construction plans.
- Detailed construction/shop drawings. Submit using AutoCAD
- Ensure project is within allowable timeframe.
- Attend project site meetings and prepare necessary reports.
- Report construction defects, propose rectification and carry out approved modifications
- Provide training for workers on the proper use and maintenance of project tools and equipment.
- Document progress of projects from start to finish through pictures and pertinent documents such as COC (Certificate of Completion)
Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Willing to be assigned in Puerto Princesa, Palawan
