Job Description
- Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, health and safety, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have knowledge on end to end recruitment process
- Knowledge of various functions (power plant, manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, engineering, information systems, etc.) within an organization and the challenges of filling positions within those departments.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
- Exposed in start-up environment: manufacturing, construction or power plant
- Ability to handle confidential material
- Must be willing to travel to various locations or to be assigned at the site
