Job Description
- Assist in processing of incoming daily cash receipts and posting of payments to customer accounts.
- Assist in processing credit applications, including processing of credit references, bank references and running/analyzing credit reports.
- Proactively and courteously correspond with customers as necessary to ensure payment.
- Monitors daily checks payments for banks and other institutions.
- Coordinates with the Sales overdue accounts daily
- Prepare Collection Schedule Weekly
- Responsible in the preparation of remittance report
- In charge in month reconciliation with the Accounting Department
- Print customers statement of account, attached corresponding invoices including counter receipt
- Followed implemented credit and collection policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent
- At 2-4 years working experience in related field is required
- Knowledgeable in SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
