Job Description
- Perform basic inspections on idle equipment.
- Perform basic inspections of all palletizers, auxiliaries, and equipment.
- Handle basic maintenance repair, and setting of parameters. If needed, retightening, replacement or adjustment of equipment parts, etc.
- Maintain normal rotopacker, bag placer, bag printer, and palletizing operations by applying corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure that equipment and auxiliaries needed in packing operations, including bag placers and printers, are available.
- Conduct an assessment of cement palletizing activities when abnormalities in operations are noticed.
- Plan and implement strategies to prolong the life of spares and prepare a schedule for servicing spouts, bag placers, and printer heads.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 2 years experience in hands-on maintenance/troubleshooting in various Machineries/Equipment is preferred.
- Graduates of Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Technology (Mechanical or equivalent.) or Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent)
- Board and lodging are provided.
- Willing to be deployed in Plant (Brgy. Akle, San Ildefonso, Bulacan)
