Wallet Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a Wallet Operations Supervisor who will do the following tasks:

• Monitor E-wallet Payments from the merchants and Customer Level.

• Understand how to handle rejected payments and act accordingly.

• Monitor Wallet to user activity and vice versa.

• Manage customer funding and transfers to the Merchant E-Wallet.

• Process the daily operations of the Digital Wallet applications received from all wallet channels for opening, amending, suspending and activation to maintain accurate customer data through reflecting the received requests from different channels on the backdoor system and rectify any incorrect details on the system in order to off-load the branches to ensure delivering high quality service and increase customer satisfaction.

• This person will directly report to the Finance Head.

Main Functions:

Policies, Processes and Procedures

• Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

• Create policies, process and standard operating procedures for the Wallet Operations.

Wallet Reconciliation

• Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions

• Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data

• Supporting the month end process

• Generating month end reports

• Appropriate handling of sensitive information

• Ability to identify errors

• Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records

• Review and complete assigned processes and deliverables within a predetermined time set forth in the work allocation.

Day-to-day Operations

• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of work

• Conduct daily reconciliation across multiple platforms to identify activity and any discrepancies

• Ensure pre-funded accounts are in line with the E-Wallet Platform

• Produce management reporting at the EOD for E-wallet Activity

• Results, and provide detailed updates to leadership, vendors, and other internal stakeholders.

• Prepares an integrated database from the various data sources of the bank using spread sheets and data programming tools to extract relevant and useful information.

• Generates accurate reports on a timely basis by following a structured process to ensure compliance with the approved SLA.

• With strong communication and coordination skills, assertive, detailed and results-oriented.

• Deep understanding of digital payments technology and trends.

• Experience in business and data analytics tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

• Business course.

• Must be willing to work on-site.
