Demand Planning Associate  

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of the company’s inventory by entering transactions correctly in the system and reconciling any discrepancies. He is in charge of making sure that warehouse standard operating procedures like FEFO (First Expired, First Out) or FIFO (First In, First Out) are being followed by the warehouse staff. He also acts as Invoicing Assistant responsible for preparing invoices and delivery receipts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Input data in inventory software for all deliveries
• Check system inventory against physical count of stock
• Work with Inventory Analyst to correct errors, investigate and report reasons for discrepancies
• Prepare reports such as inventory balance, price lists and shortages
• Maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment and supplies on hand
• Check accuracy and completeness of orders before preparing delivery receipt
• Prepare Certificate of Meat Inspection (COMI) using the details provided by Purchasing team
• Ensure that COMI is endorsed to the drivers to be presented in the delivery area
• Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time

• College level
• Preferably with experience in dealing with Sales agents
• Preferably with knowledge of inventory software packages
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
• Attention to detail
• Analytical thinking or ability to investigate and solve discrepancies
• Good team player
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Willing to render extra hours when required
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
