- Perform day-to-day administrational tasks.
- Prepare and handle all confidential documents and correspondences.
- Arrange meetings and appointments.
- Prepare documents and presentations.
- Prepare agenda and minutes.
- Take down minutes of the meeting.
- Assist in the planning and preparations of special events like seminars, artist tour, and concerts.
- Supervise company website and social media accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Legal Management.
- Knowledge in information technology is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical and keen on details.
- Good in multitasking.
- Willing to work in Ortigas.
