Marketing Analyst  

Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Leader, the position is responsible in managing data sources and systems, identify marketing opportunities, execute data-related aspects of marketing campaigns and programs, track and report results, and support the execution of multi-channel campaigns that focus on generating high quality leads to meet lead generation and support sales revenue targets to help drive continued rapid growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Data Management

• Drive data-related tasks of marketing programs and campaigns daily.
• Track and analyze results, key metrics, and customer segmentations from marketing campaigns.

Planning

• Assists in the achievement of marketing's mission, goals, and financial objectives.
• Supports short-and-long term plans and budgets for the Organization's integrated marketing communications program

Quality Management

• Ensure data integrity and quality, and adhere to all data capture and sharing guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with D&B global branding standards

• A graduate of a 4-year course, preferably related to Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing
• Preferably with one (1) year experience working in data analysis role or handling marketing data
• Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret large amount of data
• Strong understanding of market segmentation, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
• Strong attention to detail & ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrates a drive to succeed
• Adept in using Microsoft office applications such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Personable, highly organized, can handle pressure & meet deadlines
