Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for the generation, maintenance and processing of sales data transforming them into useful tools for monitoring progress, analyzing trends, as well as for providing support to the Sales Manager, in particular, and to the field force, in general, in the implementation of sales’ standard operating procedures.
- Able to manage communication at individual, team or organizational level in a context of local business relevance.
- Business skill of forecasting, budgeting, cost control, reporting in the context of organizational framework.
- Field force empowered with on-time and accurate sales information.
- Sales data processed and ready for use.
- Expense reports checked and verified for completeness prior to reimbursement, if and when needed.
- Field force compliance to office / administration procedures 100% of the time.
- Files are organized, up to date and user friendly
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent MS OFFICE - Excel
