Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Description


  • With advanced knowledge in sales techniques and the capability to teach these to his/her sales people.
  • People-oriented, with solid background in handling sales teams and in developing top caliber sales people.


  • Php 50,000.00 Maximum allowance/ Php 20,000.00 minimum allowance.
  • 4% Commission of the contract price on PERSONAL SALE.
  • 1% Override Commission for every unit sold of your Property Consultant/ Agent.
  • Performance Bonus/ Travel Incentives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • College graduate, preferably with specialization in business-related courses.
  • With at least 3 years solid experience in sales preferably in a real estate industry with consistent sales achievement in meeting quotas.
  • Must have a laptop.
  • With at least 5 Property Consultant/ agent ready to work immediately for his/her team.
  • Preferably ready to start ASAP with his/her own sales team.
  • Owning a personal vehicle is an advantage.
