Summary:
- Lead the conceptualization, development, implementation and evaluation of Local Store Marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of local store marketing activities of organization
- Support the roll-out of nationwide product initiatives by driving the implementation with operations group
- Assist operations group in their local demand creation initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information
- Develop and implement local store marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
- Manage the productivity of the local store marketing projects
- Monitor, review, and report on all local store marketing activity and results
- Determine and manage the marketing budget
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
- Develop a pricing strategy
- Liaison with media and advertising
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree, in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, or Advertising/ Media or any related Business course
Experience:
- At least Two (2) years of related experience.
