Job Description
He/She also administers the internal controls within an organization. He/she takes the lead in the annual budget process, tax planning and compliance.
- Prepares monthly financial statements
- Leads in the preparation of annual budgets
- Reports to Management and the Board of Directors/Stockholders the monthly
- Responsible for the preparation of the company’s profitability analysis.
- Ensures the efficient implementation of the proper checks and balances / internal controls
- Enforces strict adherence to company rules and regulations and management directives.
- Takes the lead in documenting Accounting Processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy, preferably a CPA
- With at least 7 years experience in general accounting, audit
- With above average written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable and proficient with technology
- With good leadership skills
