- Initiate procurement and purchasing of goods.
- Create and manage schedules of incoming goods.
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement and purchasing costs.
- Maintain relationship and communication with suppliers and vendors.
- Research and establish relationship with new suppliers and vendors.
- Compare price of goods from suppliers and vendors.
- Do quality checking for arriving goods.
- Create reports on procurement and purchasing of goods.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate, all major.
- Have min. 2 years experience, proven working experience as a Procurement Officer, Procurement Senior Officer or related area.
- Prepare requisitions and purchase orders.
- Talent in negotiations and networking.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
- Familiar and be able to comply with highly regulated environment while be able to adapt and adopt new regulations or procedures.
- Manage supply chain flow of procure-to-payment.
- Coordinate payment.
- Track and record orders.
