Job Description
- Become a champion in sales strategy setting and generating monthly/annual revenue target.
- Developing new sales channel such as property brokerage referral program and B2B order.
- Track, analyze, and communicate sales performance, operational KPIs, customer feedback/complaints and also provide solutions when needed
- Execute a regular competitors’ check and review to maintain Dekoruma market competitiveness and recommend new business strategy when needed.
- Manage interior residential project operations coordinating closely with designers, operation team and DMC to achieve agreed lead time, cost and profit margin.
- Lead and manage business processes and procedures implementation monitoring and continuous improvement to enhance overall customer experience.
- Lead and monitor project progress; ensure project deals are well executed and designs are created as per client expectations.
- Build, lead and nurture team in a professional manner in career building, goal setting and personal development .
- Propose new product development to match customer demand/trend as part of business plan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, from reputable university
- Minimum 6 years’ working experience in home living or similar industry.
- High attention to detail and initiatives, also able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic worker, possess an ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Well understanding about new trends and technology specifically in residential business.
- Possess a strong ability to form meaningful relationships with people, being very approachable and relatable with other team members.
- High interest in home and living through the idea of homemaking are preferable.
