Job Description
Support merchandise in day-to-day operational by ensure fluidity of merchandise administration by maintaining of product listing in the system, involving SKU in and out, and promotion upload. Involving in communication with internal team from another Business Unit to build a sustainability relationship to generate sales and profit on listed merchandise.
Job desc:
- Manage and monitor listed SKU in the system, including activity of uploading and unlisting SKU.
- Maintain and monitor ongoing promotion in the system, including activity of uploading and removing promotion listing.
- Ensure smooth internal communication to related department for any orders which have issues.
- Establish and maintain communication with existing Business Unit related to sales performance and product listing.
- Administrate and execute documentations of purchase order and stock transfer.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum D3 or S1, from Business Management or any business-economy major with minimum GPA 3.0
- Fresh Graduate is welcome
- Age between 22-28 years old.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate effectively to all level
- Possess the ability to work fast, manage priorities under limited time constraint, and able to perform under high pressure
