Job Description
- Membuat purchase order (PO) dan melakukan pembelian barang dan jasa untuk kepentingan proyek
- Menganalisa dokumen mengenai penawaran harga, PO, price list, dan invoice
- Mencari vendor/supplier yang potensial serta melakukan negosiasi harga
- Menyiapkan laporan pembelian termasuk analisis biaya
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait stok dan jadwal pengiriman barang ke lokasi proyek
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimum D3
- Kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Word)
- Kemampuan menganalisa data dan negosiasi yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja di bawah tekanan dan deadline
- Bertanggung jawab, jujur dan teliti
- Rapi dan terorganisir
- Pengalaman di bidang interior purchasing adalah nilai tambah
