Job Description
- The HR Associate handles various employee-related concerns. The role holder will provide needed support with the daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR programs
- In charge of sourcing candidates based on relevant experience and skills and coordinate communication for interview schedules
- Implement employee engagement programs, and other HR programs, job offers, and corrective methods for people concerns
- Does preliminary interview of potential candidates
- Maintaining the company 201 file, completing employee documentation, recording data on current employees, maintaining and filing paperwork of terminated or exiting employees
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
- Assist in explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education
- Initiates, recommends, and implements employee benefits, programs, and education
- Initiates, recommends, and implements employee relations activities / programs that improve the quality of work life of assigned clients
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Good time management skills
- Able to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn and assist all team members when needed
- Has a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related course
- Open to undergraduates who have no remaining subjects for the semester and is only waiting for their diploma/graduation day.
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
