- Develop, implement, and monitor company Occupational Health and Safety policy, programs, and procedures.
- Conduct inspections for equipments/tools prior to start the operation.
- Conduct safety orientation and induction to the newly enrolled workers before they participate in the operation.
- Conduct weekly tool box meeting
- Prepare report and submit to the Manager.
- Conduct safety meeting prior to start the operation.
- Prepare daily safety reports for day-to-day basis.
- Investigate and report on registration and removal of hazardous waste.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has training certificate on first aid.
- Preferably with certification on working with heights.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
