Job Description
You will be responsible for managing and controlling the overall performance of mechanical team for the effective implementation of mechanical programs along with the operation of the machine and fabrication shop. This is to ensure the required availability, reliability, and efficiency of the plant equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Total of seven (7) years combined experience handling various mechanical works with three (3) years of which handling supervisory function
- At least five (5) years experience in line maintenance activities, line operations and related engineering works
- Preferably have experiences in cement manufacturing environment
- Must be a registered/licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Mechanical Equipment and Practices including troubleshooting
- Hydraulics & pneumatics Principles and Practices including troubleshooting
- High level of safety awareness especially mechanical works on heavy loads, hotworks, isolation of potential or stored energies, confine spaces and working at heights
- Computer literate
