LiFE Yoga & ViBE Cafe

LiFE began in 2015 with one yogi’s desire to foster a community focused on a lifestyle of holistic health and wellness. After all, the everyday hustle and bustle of the metro called for a home where people can escape to and focus on themselves.

As a mind-body-spirit practice that can profoundly impact one’s sense of self and wellbeing, yoga has been a part of Noelle Rodriguez’ life since her younger years.

LiFE was inspired by Noelle’s studies in London, where she was introduced to a rich and vibrant culture of music and art. Shaped by her training as a Health Coach, LiFE takes a holistic approach to wellness by integrating good food, music, art and a sense of community into the practice of yoga. At its core, LiFE wants to meaningfully innovate in the budding culture of yoga in the Philippines. It aims to bring the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga off the mat and into facets of everyday life. LiFE is about the mindful celebration of all that is happening in the here and now.
