Job Description
We are a systems and network engineering firm seeking for a highly-driven HR Supervisor to a member of our growing Admin team. The Human Resources Supervisor will assist the HR Lead in ensuring that the company's human resources activities and functions are legally sound and effective. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, organized and has leadership skills. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
- Coordinate hiring process. This includes job posting, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews and on-boarding new employees. Develop strong relationship with referral partners.
- Manage Employee Relations. Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required. Implement programs and activities that will build a healthy employee and management climate. Help improve retention of staff. Design and implement traning and development programs for a healthy employee growth. Assist in handling employee / labor relation matters.
- Manage Payroll. Prepares and computes payroll of employees.
- HR Compliance. Contribute in the planning and development of company policies and procedures, ensuring proper dissemination, implementation and compliance. Ensures that mandatory contributions of employees and the company are reported on the set period of time to the concern government agencies. Verify that all new employees complete the necessary paperwork to be in compliance with government and company mandates.
- Performance Management. Monitor the targets, milestones and objectives set by the department.
- Document creation and handling. Prepare, issue and disseminate notices, correspondences and memoranda. Maintain an efficient employee records and filing system and ensure that all confidential matters pertaining to HR administration are kept confidential. Facilitate contracts and activities pertaining to personnel movement; promotions, transfers, terminations, and resignations.
- Performs other HR related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in in Human Resource Management, Psychology or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity/role, preferably with similar organizations.
- Has leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter, very keen on details, possess good interpersonal skills, can deal with different types of personalities.
