Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college

  • 2-3 years work experience is managing large operations/ customer service teams
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in the Logistics sector
  • Experience in Sea Operations and wide exposue across all logistics products & prcesses - Sea, Air, VAS including Trucking, CHB, Warehousing and Cargo-Insurance
  • Strong operations excellence mindset coupled with an excellent understanding of the business
  • Passion for service delivery, responsiveness, and for identifying constant improvements
  • Solid understanding of Kewill / MODS / Fact
Job Description

Key Responsibility:

  • Leads and Manages the Sea Operations Philippines Team - own all operational activities under file management​
  • Key Activities
  • All file management activities post booking
  • Documentation
  • Systems update
  • Operational Finance
  • Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions
  • Carrier relations: changes to carrier booking & query resolution
  • Spot Procurement for Sea, if any
  • Supports customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling
  • Maintains relationship with Carriers, obtain rates and maintain tariffs

Expectations from the Role:

  • Data Quality & Process Improvement:
  • Verify adherence of practice to the SOP & create/modify as appropriate
  • Monitor and drive team data quality in documentation
  • Prepare and maintain operational contingency plan
  • Work with Continuous Improvement team on continuously improving processes, procedures to heighten productivity, timeliness, and quality.
