Job Description
- We offer insurance and investment (variable unit-linked) programs to individual and corporate accounts.
- Assist the Unit Manager in expanding the group's manpower through recruitment
- Willing to be promoted as Unit Manager within the first 12 months through new leader development
- Has the passion and drive to become the next leaders in the country
- Explains the types of financial services to the clients
- Assesses client’s financial situation to present a financial plan
- Develops financial strategies by guiding the client to establish and achieve financial goals
- Monitors client’s financial situation
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years College Graduate (Any Course)
- Experience with HR, Sales, and Marketing is an advantage but not necessary.
- Willing to work with a team of millennials
- Have at least 3 hours a day to dedicate to do the business
- Must be residing or working in the general metro manila
- Willing to be trained and coached
- Possesses a good moral character
