Job Description

Corporate Compliance

  • In-charge of processing relevant company documents such as business permits, government compliance, etc

Corporate Filing

  • Responsible for organizing Corporate Documents

Corporate Liaising

  • Coordination with Legal Counsels for corporate document requirements

General admin tasks

  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems

Office Management

  • Responsible for handling the purchasing, requisition, and monitoring of office, medical and pantry supplies (cellphones, server, laptops, audio visual equipment)
  • Handles office repairs and enhancements
  • Create and Implement house rules

Office Space

  • Responsible for coordinating and handling the renewal of office permits and lease contract
  • Coordination with property management

Staff

  • Handles employee and office reimbursements
  • Manages General Admin Processing between manpower and finance

Other Tasks

  • In-charge of logistics during meetings especially board meetings
  • Provide assistance in executive reports, board meetings and other investor relations related tasks
  • Handles appointment settings
  • Travel Coordination
  • Trainings
  • Conferences
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 or 2 years as a Administrative or Office Manager
  • Administrative functions experience is essential
  • Ability to adapt to a different working strategies & remote culture
  • Driven & Motivated to progress
  • Fluency in English language, oral and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors

About Aseana City (D.M WENCESLAO & ASSOCIATES, INC)

Aseana City is located along the shoreline of Manila Bay, extending Northeast to Roxas Boulevard within Parañaque, with an approximate total area of two hundred four (204) hectares. A Priority Project of the Philippine Government Aseana City (107 hectares), forms part and parcel of the Central Business Park Island B&C (204 hectares) which forms the Manila Cavite-Coastal Road and Reclamation Project (MCCRRP). The Project is being undertaken by the Philippine Reclamation Authority(formerly PEA), in behalf of the Philippine Government, MCCRRP has been upgraded as priority undertaking the Manila Bay BOULEVARD 2000 Project. Aseana City is a Flagship National Government Project being implemented by the Philippine Reclamation Authority along the Build Operate Transfer (BOT) scheme andpursuant to existing special laws and Executive Orders. Partnership Between Government and Private Corporations The Philippine Reclamation Authority, in turn, has partnered with R-1 Consortium, composed of D.M. Wenceslao & Associates and its partners, to reclaim and develop approximately 204 hectares of land along Manila Bay. The project extends westward from and along Roxas Boulevard with a length of approximate perpendicular distance of 1.5kms, Aseana City is bounded on the North by the Redemptorist Channel and the SM Mall of Asia Development, And on the South, it is bounded by the Asiaworld and Pagcor Entertainment City Developments.
