- Oversees the activities of the store and relieves section head of their task whenever necessary.
- Ensures that the daily reports of section heads are accurate and submitted on time.
- Ensures that the customers are attended to at all times.
- Consolidate schedules of merchandisers submitted by section heads.
- Supervise and monitor activities of section heads.
- Conducts pep talks: morning and evening sessions regarding all concerns.
- Checking of immediate price revision.
- Entertain and assist customers.
- Attend customer inquiries/complaints.
- Assist cashier in transaction problems (Handles override, item return, discount, and item void).
- Close and read POS terminals and settle card terminals.
- Conducts end-of-day process.
- Resolve problems that may arise at the checkout counter.
- Perform cashiering task as the need arises.
- Performs other tasks assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required
- Preferably Supervisor with five (5) years and up experienced employees specializing in Sales- Retail/General or equivalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to be assigned in Sta Rosa Laguna
