Job Description
The Senior HR Generalist for Employee and Labor Relations will monitor and ensure employee discipline, compliance, and Code of Conduct. He or she will serve as point of contact with employees for HR concerns, subject to operational model, and handle employee grievance. The role will also handle employee retention initiatives, directly coordinating with compensation and benefits team as well as with the training and development department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or Human Resources Management.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, focusing on Employee and Labor Relations, in a fast-paced industry, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Above average communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- With initiative and can work with less or no supervision.
- Presentable and has a pleasing personality.
