Job Description
- Greet and interact with the guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Become familiar with the menu to be able suggest food and appropriate beverages to guests
- Clean and maintain the order and cleanliness of the counter and service area
- A good communicator to both their clients and co-workers
- Be ready and willing to assist inside the café
- Attend and participate in meetings and all training activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed at least a vocational course
- With work experience (6 months minimum)
- Prompt, multitasking, and calm under pressure
- Honest and a team player
- Good communication skills
- Can apply customer service skills to both guests and co-workers
