Job Description
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, live chat, Facebook, Email and Whatsapp in a timely manner.
- Deliver accurate product information to customer through effective communication.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule.
- Resolve customer service issues timely
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Willing to work cross functionally and ad-hoc tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- With experience in customer service role
- Knowledgeable in handling Facebook live chat, calls and Email would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skill
- Can multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different types of behavior.
- Proficient in using English.
- Can speak Chinese is an advantage.
- Amenable be able to work in Manila.
