Job Description
- Provides exceptional customer service via booth, email, CHATS, phone and text messages.
- Delivers accurate product information to customer through effective communication.
- Generates sales by booking and upselling travel products to customer's travel.
- Resolves customer issues timely.
- Provides constructive feedback on products, sales and effectiveness of promotions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year experience in travel industry.
- Booth-manning or call center experience preferred.
- Experience with Amadeus System preferred.
- MUST have completed at least 2 years in college.
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
- Willing to work in Metro Manila, mainly in Pasay and BGC.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and public holiday.
