Financial Perspective

• Contributes to dine-in and take-out sales average check increase by suggestive and upselling of food and beverage items including merchandising items
• Follows established procedures on the economical use of dining supplies, office supplies, electricity and cleaning supplies

Customer Perspective

• Welcomes and receives guests warmly, leads them to their table and seats them comfortably
• Makes the guests feel welcome and special
• Checks reservations for special instructions and special occasions and communicates these to the pass, the dining staff and the other on duty
• Knows regular guests, stockholders, and persons who may have signing privileges and greets them by name
• Takes phone calls at the reception area in a clear and warm manner
• Goes extra mile in pleasing the guest
• Acknowledges guest complaints and endorses these to the officer on duty
• Assists in the service as the need arises according to established 1771 Group of Restaurants’ standards
  • Takes and serves food and beverage orders
  • Serves food and beverage order to the guests
  • Assists in receiving and seating the guests
  • Serves water to the guests
• Observes 1771 Group of Restaurants’ standards of decorum

Marketing

• Answers queries about the restaurant such as:
  • Menu and specialties
  • Different types of discounts and promotions and process them accordingly
  • Dining room lay-out, table numbering and table set-up in the dining room
  • Capacity of banquet rooms and different types of lay-out
  • Catering and take-out
• Answers queries about the 1771 Group’s other restaurants and their offerings
• Promotes new and featured menu items, wines, and beverages
• Promotes upcoming events
• Promotes the catering and banquet facilities
• Promotes ongoing marketing campaigns
• Promotes the restaurant’s offerings and amenities whenever there are inquiries, personal or phone-in, and books them reserve to the best of her ability

• Female
• At least 5’5 in height
• At least 1 year working experience in the same capacity is a plus
• Must be a college graduate
• With excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed especially for serving guests
• An “up” person with a sunny disposition
• Very pleasant, active and confident
• Must have selling competency
• Charming
